All rooms are fully disabled accessible and have kitchenette facilities

 

State Room   A very large stately room on the top floor of the building with own small kitchenette and beautiful dual aspect large windows, which comfortably seats up to 100 people.

 

Weekday rates:

Flat rate for the day (8 hours): £220.00

Half day (4 hours): £130.00

Hourly rate £40.00 (minimum booking 2 hours).

 

Weekend rates:

Flat rate for the day (8 hours): £250.00

Half day (4 hours): £145.00

Hourly rate (minimum booking 2 hours): £50.00

 

Garden Room   A large room on the ground floor, next to the garden which comfortably seats up to 50 people

 

Weekday rates:

Flat rate for the day (8 hours): £175.00

Half day (4 hours): £90.00,

Hourly rate £30.00 (minimum booking 2 hours).

 

Weekend rates:

Flat rate for the day (8 hours): £200.00 Half day (4 hours): £120.00 Hourly rate (minimum booking 2 hours): £30.00

 

Board room A large room, which comfortably seats up to 25 people

 

Weekday rates:

Flat rate for the day (8 hours): £150.00

Half day (4 hours): £85.00

Hourly rate £24.00 (minimum booking 2 hours).

 

Weekend rates:

Flat rate for the day (8 hours): £160.00

Half day (4 hours): £90.00

Hourly rate (minimum booking 2 hours): £25.00

 

Library room A medium sized room, which comfortably seats up to 10 people



Weekday rates: Hourly rate: £15.00 (minimum booking 2 hours)
Weekend rates: Hourly rate: £18.00 (minimum booking 2 hours)

 

Small Meeting Rooms

We also have seven small meeting rooms that can seat 6 people comfortably. These rooms can be hired on an hourly basis for £50 per hour.
