Parenting Workshops

The Refugee Therapy Centre is holding a series of monthly Parenting Workshops for refugee and asylum seeker parents to explore issues and challenges to do with raising children in the UK.

We will look at a range of topics including:

Relationships
The Power of Communication in the Family
Self Esteem and Confidence
The Parents' Relationship and its Effect on Children
Challenges of Being a Single Parent
Coping with Changes in Adolescents
How to Support Children Psychologically

Workshop Dates

Our monthly Parenting Workshops are held between 1 - 3pm on the following days:

Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Please contact us to reserve you space.

Upon completion of the workshops, participants will be awarded an attendance certificate to celebrate their achievements.
